Halloween Plans!  This scary, glowing ghoul will surely be noticed by everyone that drives by your yard this Halloween! Reflected light gives his haunting face an eerie, creepy glow. Project is actually quite easy to make from two layers of plywood, miniature lights and our full size pattern.
